This is an acrylic painting 4ft by a 6 ft "ish" I made a few of them in about 2011 - I ended up putting them in the Garden to use as a background murals for a water feature. So unfortunately the originals aren't for sale, this is one of only two I got a good photograph of.

The colors and vertical movement of lines are delightful. The yellow ocher circle is a bold choice and adds to the painting.

This painting makes use of curved lines which is or has been one of my favorite types of abstract painting choices that I think look fabulous in any living or work space. The price is unbeatable and the level of maturity in the work makes this piece a super choice. The texture seems well distributed throughout the piece. Love the ocher circle, such a nice touch to this work. Excellent art! I shared on social media. Way to go, Stephen.
Stephen Humphries replied:
Thank you Lisa, your feedback means so much to me - I love your paintings and have been trying for a while to achieve the same kind off effects and feelings. I love the ones with the birds I was just looking at too. This painting actually rotted away in the back garden. LOL there were two of them - I used them as a back drop to some plants and a water feature and they lasted about a year. I would say 50% of my work has been thrown away, rotted away or just left behind over the years.... Anyway thanks again for your wonderful and inspiring words. Thank you for sharing my work too - I don't seem to be very good at doing that.
